Native Americans used paths that led from the seacoast to the interior. These trails were then used by the first English settlers. Locally, we know this as The Bay Path. A description of the path from Monson to Oxford, including Brimfield, Sturbridge and Charlton will be explored with local author and Native American enthusiast, Don Duffy, a man of congenial historical instincts.
